Terms and Conditions:


1. Cancellation Policy:

   - Bookings can be adjusted, amended, or canceled without charge up until 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

   - Less than 48 hours' notice or no-show will result in sessions or services being treated as used.

   - Deposits, if any, will not be refunded, and prepaid package sessions will be treated as used. Surcharges may apply.


2. **Late Arrival Policy:**

   - In case of late arrival, the salon reserves the right to shorten treatment time or omit some booked services while still charging the full fee.


3. **Unforeseen Situations:**

   - The salon understands unforeseen situations but notes that any booked appointment generates costs to the salon (specialist wages, rents), which need to be covered.

   - If the salon schedule does not allow for the service due to client delay, the salon has the right to refuse service and charge the full fee.


4. **Skin Test for Chemical/Hair Colour  and Laser Hair Removal Services:**

   - Clients may require a skin test at least 48 hours before the booked appointment.

   - Failure to do so may result in the salon refusing the chemical/colour part of the treatment or the full session of the Laser Hair Removal service and charging for the service.


5. **Appointment Confirmation:**

   - If an appointment is not confirmed in writing (text or email), the salon may not be able to investigate its availability, and the salon cannot be held liable.


6. **Service Changes and Payments:**

   - Prices quoted without personal consultation are subject to changes based on the required services.

   - Specialists will communicate any changes, and services will only proceed with client confirmation.

   - The salon accepts various forms of payment, and in the absence of a card terminal, payment may be required via transfer or cash.


7. **Results and Expectations:**

   - The salon does not provide refunds if the results do not meet client expectations, provided it is not due to salon or specialist error.

   - Hair colour and laser hair removal effectiveness depend on various factors, and unexpected results are beyond the salon's responsibility.


8. **Laser Hair Removal Requirements:**

   - Clients must shave all laser-treated parts no less than 24 hours before the appointment.

   - Failure to do so may result in the salon refusing treatment but still charging for the session or treating prepaid packages as used.

    - The Salon DO NOT offer shaving services.


9. **Terms and Prices Changes:**

   - The salon reserves the right to change terms and prices, consulting with clients and presenting special terms and conditions for specific services.


10. **Before and After Photos:**

    - The salon may securely store before and after photos for monitoring purposes, informing clients and obtaining permission beforehand.


By booking an appointment at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Laser Hair Removal Packages

When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments


Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package Terms & Conditions

Clients may purchase the full body laser hair removal package at the prices set out in the marketing materials from time to time. 

The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by Chelsea Hair and Skin by Karda in United Kingdom, as set out in the marketing materials from time to time. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by our salon in United Kingdom.


-Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package

-Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been              removed from the package. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.

-Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.

-Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.

-Payment must be made in advance.

-The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.

-Clients must pay for each treatment at the time of booking or  pre-payments  for packages are available, and multiple pre-paid discount prices are available. 

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Our Price Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages. 

Prepaid Treatment

-If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.

-When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments

-Pre-pays for skin treatments have a 12-month expiry date.

-Pre-pays for laser hair removal treatments have a 12-month expiration date. When 10+ treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months

-All pre-pays affected by Coronavirus will have an additional 6 months to redeem

-48 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within -48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

-You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

-Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time

Age Policy

-Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.   

-For persons aged 14-17, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and first treatment and understand the procedure and aftercare. Not necessarily for future treatments unless they wish to be.

-Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).

-We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 12 years of age.

-For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+.

Medical Conditions And Medications

-Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive

-Photosensitive must wait 2 weeks after taken

-Auto-immune- must-have Doctor consent. Psoriasis and eczema can treat around unless active, irritated or heat reactive.

-Cancer - 2 years in remission with letter from Oncologist



-ONLY Microdermabrasion and enzyme peels

-Breastfeeding - Laser, microdermabrasion, LED, and enzyme only
